Items purchased as “Ready to Ship” on the website may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items approved for return must be received as unused with all tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at the brand's discretion.

Ready to ship pieces will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 days. Made to order pieces may take upto 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.
