Shipping rates and import taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination.
RETURNS
All online purchases can be exchanged or refunded up to 7 days from the delivery, after inspection. This is only limited to ready-to-sell items. Products must be returned in their original condition and with the complete set of the original packaging. This policy does not apply to our external retailers; who may have different methods of operation.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordered products will be available and shipped to the client within 4 - 6 weeks. Made to measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
